Credits are the internal currency used across Cravin. Every time you deposit, your funds are automatically converted at a fixed rate of $1 = 100 Credits. This makes it easy to manage unboxing and item trades with a consistent value across all regions. Credits are not a cryptocurrency or token - it's just platform credit. You'll always see both the Credits and fiat equivalents when browsing, so you know exactly what you're spending.
After unboxing your mystery box, you have two options: claim it (have it shipped to you), or trade it for Credits (instant credit to your account). You can find all your items in your Unboxing History where you can choose what to do with each item.
Yes, if the item hasn't shipped yet. You can update your address in your Account Settings or contact support. Once the item is shipped, we can't change the destination, but we'll try to assist where possible.
Go to your Account Page, click on the item, and select "Trade for Credits." The listed credit value will be added to your balance instantly.
No, trades are final. Once you exchange an item for Credits, the item is removed from your inventory and can't be restored.
Most items ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once it's on the way. Some custom or high-value items may take longer.
Our system automatically detects your location and displays prices in your local currency using IP recognition. If the currency shown doesn't match your region or you're seeing an unexpected currency, please contact our support team and we'll sort it out for you.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, confirm your email address is correct in your Account Settings. Contact us if you need the email resent.
Refresh the page and check your Unboxing History. If the unboxing completed, the item will appear there. If it didn't, no Credits should have been deducted. If anything looks off, contact support.
Yes. We use secure encryption, trusted fulfillment partners, and we never sell your data. Your information is safe with Cravin. If you want your data deleted, email privacy@cravin.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request' and we will handle it. We respect your right to data privacy and control over your personal information. If you want to permanently delete your Cravin account and remove all associated personal data from our systems, simply email privacy@cravin.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. In your message, please include your username and the email address registered to your account to help us locate and verify your request. Our dedicated privacy team will review your request and process the deletion within 30 business days, sending you a confirmation once completed. Please be aware that this action is permanent and cannot be undone - you will lose access to your account, all unboxing history, any unclaimed items, and your Credits balance. While we will delete all personally identifiable information, we may retain certain anonymized transaction records as required by applicable laws and regulatory compliance obligations. If you have any questions about what data will be removed or retained, feel free to include those questions in your deletion request email.
Cravin uses a Provably Fair system powered by cryptography. Before you open a box, the result is locked in using a secure hash, which proves the outcome was set in advance and can't be changed. After the unboxing, you can verify the result yourself using the original seeds and our built-in verification tool.
First, check your Unboxing History to make sure the unboxing was completed. If your item is listed but hasn't shipped, it may still be processing. Most items ship within 24-48 hours, but custom or high-value items can take longer. If it's been more than a few days, contact support and we'll investigate right away.
